Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I understand that life can be unpredictable, and situations may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled psychotherapy sessions. To ensure that I can accommodate all my clients effectively, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice Required: I require a minimum of 24-hour notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any psychotherapy session. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may be in need of immediate support. Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at my discretion. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing any notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the discontinuation of services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. My goal is to provide the highest level of care to all my clients, and your adherence to this policy helps me achieve that.
